  You are right there Bern .I think perhaps not knowing all the factors of East Kent Hospital Trusts budget we are not in a position to judge .It could well be the charges need to be reviewed?
  has never been part of my consideration .From a personal point of view i have usually had to rely on public transport .Time has never come into it .Both my parents weere in Essex hospitals so it was a lenghty old haul .
