A structure can still be termed a 'Community Hospital' if it provides day care and then ships elsewhere anyone needing to stay overnight. A 'Polyclinic' has to have space for examinations and consultations with a range of consultants. You have to try hard to spot the difference.

And this new structure is proposed for the Maison Dieu carpark, but that's alright they say, we will have Asda's carpark. Presumably so will Asda's customers, and the cable cars visitors and users of the town centre and the seafront, not to mention the staff of these places and other businesses in town. Does anyone think the roads around there can take it?
