How Sad!

  After yet another short hospital stay about a month ago I no longer use the computer as much as I did, therefore only visit here a couple of times a week.I now realise how much time I used to waste reading the comments that were virtually the same thing over and over again.
  
  Do none of the other members apart from the stalwarts ever post or are they like myself who can no longer see the point in going over the same things by the same people again and again.
  
  At the moment I can see this group disappearing just like the other very sadly missed local one which would be a shame.

  I think the group in general has all different ideas I. How the forum should run .
  
  We may differ in what we wish to see on the forum , but that shouldn't stop people posting .
  
  Of course life is very busy at the mo and people have there own lives to deal with .
  
  
  I hope the forum survives

  In my humble view people stop posting when they are ridiculed, dismissed as ignorant or treated with sarcasm. I found some posters very interesting, but have noticed they have stopping contributing when subjected to similar treatment. If this forum is to continue then the contributions need to be treated respectfully.
  I make very few contributions now because this forum is dominated by just a few people who have fairly strident political views. I read comments but am not interested in scoring points along political lines.

  We may differ in views , but there are many contributions on wide ranging subjects (not just politics)
  Which is good for the forum.
  Life has changed and for many they are probably needing to do other things.
  
  If we all just agreed with each other it would slowly become a bore?
  
  I may not agree with some posters but I do see a lot of differing views,
