Yes and disappointed after all the hype about experience. I just cannot understand all this on the official DAFC web site about an experienced manager and loads of top draw candidates and yet we get a virtually unknown who failed at Barnet.
Still give the guy a chance but I fear if he does not start off well the crowd will soon turn against him.
I do sincerely wish him well as it is in Dover Athletics interest that he does pull it off. So as long time Dover Fan "Good luck Ian prove us doubters wrong".
and hopefully he will go one better this time with a promotion.
