I heard on InvictaFM today that a group of Musicians from around the world would be playing at or around the Dover Library today in order to highlight the plight of many asylum refugees who are being detained pending a decision on their case or waiting to be removed from the UK.
Its funny that until that radio broadcast I had heard diddly squat about the above event. As they obviously need permission from someone(DDC?) to perform on the streets of Dover or in the library how come it wasn't more widely published or I am just walking around in a purple haze(apologies to Jimi Hendrix)

What songs did they play?
"I'm leaving on a jetplane..."
"Trains and boats and planes..."
"Keep on running..."
"Sail away"
"Take me Home (Country Roads)"
"I want to break free"
"Road to nowhere".
Oh for goodness sakes.
