    Howard - governments should leave business alone, dont hinder them with red tape, leave them free to do what they do best and certainly do not tax them too much. That goes for so called 'investment' too, governments do not know a good investment if one bit them. The graveyard is full of businesses who failed after government 'investment' - look back at the 70's and see the damage it does.
