    Well done Ross .Over the years I have been a councillor I have learnt there are less fortunate people than myself .How many of you understand what it is like for someone coming out of a mental hospital ,running away from domestic violence ,released from prison,young people being abused .The list is endless .

    Giving people money is not the answer .I always told my children we will buy them some food .If they were geniune they usually accepted with gratitude.
