  Brian, I would not be at all surprised to see him get away with a wrap on the knuckles purely because of who he is, after all how many 'normal' people in his situation would have got bail after murdering a person.
  
  Our jury system should stay but possibly make it easier for would be jurors to opt out of certain kinds of cases, for instance I know my attention would keep wandering if it was a long complex fraud type case but not if it was an assault case.
