    Arthur is correct.Dover is not a rich town.We have so many residents who rely on Food Banks Dover Pantry etc .I always enjoy Sandwich friendly people and twee shops.Too many fast food outlets etc.in Dover.We are fighting to keep our little Theatre.Too many houses in multi occupation.I see another HMO is proposed in Folkestone Road.Three Towns in our district all different.Lack Of toilets etc.Sea front now has a gym on it??Lack of good seating .The list goes on .
