Gloss coat still curing so I had another go at those canopies.

I lined the frames with 1.5mm masking tape to give me a straight edge and hand painted the frames with the grey primer mixed with a little green so it approximated the cockpit green colour. I have left that to dry now and will then apply two, maybe three coats of camo green. It will have to be two or three coats because the camo colour is a pre-thinned airbrush paint and it does not apply well with a hairy stick.

    Here is the pic.

The model is nearing completion. Will be weathering hopefully tonight and will run through that process, a matt coat is then applied then the 'small bits' aerials, prop, canopies etc etc get added. Could be done in one session but more likely two - see how much time I have tonight.
