21:1736986i know where it happened keith, the victim must not have known the area otherwise he would have stopped chasing.
the handbag snatch happened outside barking station , muggers always then run over the railway bridge in to ilford, then into uphall road where there are 2 unlit alleyways to disappear into, then if still being pursued into a block of flats that is like a rabbit warren.
mr singh must have been so incensed he forgot his own safety.
his family, despite their intense distress, must be very proud of him.

08:2337006It is indeed very sad that someone with a great community spirit gets killed in this way.
Doubtful if the cowardly killers will get caught, but if they do, I hope the judge gives them the maximum sentence for murder.
There's no deterrent nowadays, none at all.

We are back in this going around in circles,
both major parties supported the release of small time criminals ie people who didnt pay fines etc.
but with this comes the issue of, crime pays.
then theres not enough prison space to send people down.
then theres is prison the right route for everyone
lastly there is the view that barryw holds on bringing back hanging(which i wll never support)
So lot more to it, which i partly highlight

11:0137018There is a deterrent Roger which the Chinese use. but the `softy culture` here won`t have it.
Tell them that I came, and no one answered.

12:2837028Keith, those small time, or low-level offenders, should not be in prison but serving strict community service.
Any one who commits an act of violence should go to prison and if they've commited more than one offence, their sentence should be concurrent, never consecutive.
I believe in capital punishment, whether it's hanging, shooting, lethal injection, it doesn't matter, they can't commit that heinous crime again - ever.
