  Another lorry comes round and I rush out in my slippers and told the bin men there is rubbish in these bins,dont start until next week he says,I point out I am a cllr shrug of the sholders and walked off.Phone call to Mr Walton,where his secretary wet her self and said sorry but it is stupid.
  
  I have been the biggest critic of these monsters,but if you go back to basics the rubbish was there on time in a bin,so why wasnt it collected ok so it is a bigger uglier bin than what I had but it is still rubbish in a bin.
