    Yes it is good to be vigilant as Sarah said but these things can sometimes get way out of proportion. A few years back many of you will remember a great fuss being made about kids/teens being abducted into cars here in Dover. It stemmed from one dicey story and the rest went haywire.Afterwards it was seen to be not true...just a local frenzy that got out of hand.
