    Why do carnivores always seem to be so defensive and aggressive about their meat-eating? I am veggie but I don't give a rats if you eat meat or not. It is the welfare of the animal that matters, and it should matter to you whether or not you eat meat. There are so many boring meat eaters who seem to want to wave bacon sandwiches in veggie faces. I don't wave my (rather delicious) mushroom strogonoff or lentil loaf in your face or expect you to eat the way I eat.

    And Howard is right - even a meat eater must be able to see the potential own-goal for lidl!!
