23:065553I must have missed that one. Did the Nazi's win then?
Politics, it seems to me, for years, or all too long, has been concerned with right or left instead of right or wrong.

13:505760Labour mess, Conservative mess. Finding it increasingly hard to tell the difference.

15:585770Chris. Every single Labour Government has ended in economic crisis. They always tax and spend more than the economy can afford. Compare today with the 'golden economic legacy' left by Ken Clarke's Chancelorship in 1997.

16:115772Such as the towns left with their manufacturing centres lying empty and the businesses closed down. Not to mention the people sruggling with negative equity on their homes and having to pay exorbitant prices for utilities from newly privatised public companies more interested in profit than in service. Having a healthy bank balance because you have sold off the houehold contents is no better than having a full house and three mortgages.
Politics, it seems to me, for years, or all too long, has been concerned with right or left instead of right or wrong.

16:165773Cameron has stated that he intends to cut govt services by over £40 billion. But where will he find these savings yes you've guessed it...Less Doctors, nurses, coppers, pcso's.(sorry Keith) teachers, civil servants, dustbinmen, street cleaners the list goes on.Pity we can't do without fewer MP's,the House of Lords,MEP's,Nuclear weapons, quango's,cap golden handshakes for Directors who drop a bollock at £150k the rest of the amount they would have received goes into the health service.Same 8hit different party.

19:545781this is thing about cameron and his crowd, they have not yet said what services will be cut.
there is a lot of general stuff, but no specifics.
will be interesting when the election is actually called.
