    May I suggest that each and every member here send an email to both KCC and the Highways Agency regarding the appalling amount of litter on the verges of so many roads around our district.
    The Gateway to the Garden of England deserves a far better service than turning a blind eye to this problem.

    Maybe Roger could provide us with the appropriate email addresses?
