  I remember commenting on something like this last year?
  
  The mountainous path from Peverell Road down to The Linces is part of the plan, but not Green Lane which is more walking/cycle-friendly.
  
  No sign of Old Park Hill being re-opened?
  
  It also includes Crabble Meadows past St Andrews church which has No Cycling signs at each end.
  
  Of course opportunities have been missed over the years to extend the river path, notably through the London Fancy Box site. Also Lorne Road to Cherry Tree Avenue.
  
  And perhaps, one day the Buckland Mill site might be developed to open up that area
