    Howard Again you are right and the money needs to be found.
    This just me saying this not my party, I think we need to look at all the local councils parish councils as well I think we could cut back on some of them have less councils but with more power,at this time the disrtict council is losing power to the K.C.C, is this a good thing at this time I do not know.ALL I can say is all times i go to their offices they are very helpfull if they were not there where we turn to.But parish councils some are on top of each other so they could be turned into one,and cut some of them out, but the parishs would not like it.
