    Barry read my post again I did not say it would be me standing in the locals but the party anyway there is nothing stoping me even if I got in,you can stand in the locals even if you are a M.P. but I do not think I would just saying a M,P, can stand for a parish if he or she wish to.And Again Howard you are right in what you say,but I am going all out to win.
