    I believe it's Pike's Dover Blue Book and Local Directory - there's an old forum topic about it here.

    Also had a message from Ray (used to be a forum member) saying that there's a book "Dover, Beyond the Foreshore" by John Lockyer, describing his childhood living on Snargate St before and after WW2.
