  Looking at the website the inital prospects are good with more and more events being added.
  
  Thanks needs to be extended to IT Officers at DDC for changes to the website as well as the team at the Visitor Information Centre who have mainly helped in pulling this together and will continue to do so.
  
  You will see some excellent one off events, fair visits, meetings of the Dover Camera Club, National Trust events, Museum & Discovery Centre events and those at both Dover & Deal Castles, information kindly provided by English Heritage, and Lydden Race Circuit to mention but a few.
  
  I have had discussions with some other major promoters in the District who are showing an initial interest in being involved - having said that, we are naturally interested in helping to promote as many smaller events as possible, not just the bigger ones, to increase attendances so if you have any in the pipeline or know anyone that has please contact DDC through the website.
  
  We all need to know your events and what is happening in our area - remember, at least one event every weekend somewhere in the District between the begining of May and the end of August and many more especially during the school holidays.
  
  Keep an eye on the website and don't miss out.
