    Who attended the meetings?

    Who agreed or disagreed with the purchase of this one property?

    It is a going concern, in a very attractive and desirable building .

    Not a derelict, empty retail property, we were given to understand would be purchased and
    renovated.

    Why so much secrecy and silence.?
