  Totally agree with you Marek, they were my first thoughts when I started reading this thread.
  Also there are a lot of brilliant foster carers both in Dover area and all over the world. I personally know two couples here in Dover, who I won't name for the above reason, who have been fostering for years and years, I don't know how many children have been through their hands but it's a lot. I feel it is unfair to praise one family when there are so many others deserving of praise (which isn't what they want anyway).
  Well done to the Cowans but please don't forget they are not the only ones fostering.
