  I couldn't find anything either Ray probably because I was looking at planning rather than licencing applications!! I am on the E mail list for licencing and this stood out as a try on. Put an acceptable one in so that nobody objects then later sneak a big change in. I seem to remember Mr Garstin stopping off there on a hot day for a swift half and was told they only serve drinks with customers dining there. Hardly sounds like a village pub.
