    I know the chemist you mean Bern. I refuse to go there these days. About a year ago I was waiting and an old boy on crutches walked in. He'd apparently been in the day before. When he masked for his prescription he was told that it still wasn't in. He said that he'd come down from Tower Hamlets and needed it that day. The unhelpful assistant (the fat one) said that he should come back the next day. He complained and left. As he walked out the assistants all laughed.

    I find that Maureen and the locum David (ex BHD) in the one opposite me are very helpful.
