We had a lovely time on Thursday at the Riverside Centre for the launch of Age UK's new comprehensive homecare services, everyone was very friendly and its a lovely environment there. Senior officer Karen Tranter is indeed a very warm and friendly young lady, she certainly makes you feel very welcome.
