    most of us seem agreed that the grupenfuhrer paul is the man for the job, but the concensus is that he has not the right people around him.

    should it really be down to party politicians?

    there is talent around that is untapped.
    dover is in a position that demands a war cabinet, in other words, neutral people that are looking to the future of the town.
