  Some photos of the recent exercise MANCHEX 2012 held by the French emergency services in Dunkerque West on 16 MAY 2012.
  
  The impressive Emergency Towing Vessel (ETV) Abeille Liberte was the centrepiece. She has replaced the British ETV Anglian Monarch providing cover for emergencies in the Dover Strait after the UK government withdrew funding.   Annual event in Dover Howard, different scenarios though obviously.
