I have been in Dover boy and man from the year 1942 and in years gone by the market square was the centre .How can we get it back to then well very easy and not a lot of cost.
All that needs to be done is first get rid of the one way road and return it to the way it was ,and bring back the the bus stops for local bus,s make it the start and end of their trips. This way you will see folk that use the bus getting on and off again in the market.Dover needs to turn the clock back 30 years.
