    Yes, it's different this year Paul. In the past it's been a service in the Town Hall followed by a short service and wreath laying by the statue. This year it all takes place on the sea front.

    I can report that Don Hunter, the prime mover in the statue placement, is in fine fettle and looking forward to it. Last year you may recall he had heart problems and was whisked off to the WHH and missed the wreath laying.
