Came across this just one hour ago. Four fence panels alongside the path between DeBurgh Hill and Shooters Hill have been pulled down. I tried to pick them up but these are a 2 man (sorry person) lift. These are not the lightweight ones from the B&Q. The problem is, as you will see from the second picture, that there is a steep drop into the London Road gardens.
Someone must have heard this.
Was it reported when it was happening? If not, why not? If it was, did the police attend? If not why not? If they did attend, why wasn't it taped off?
I have reported this to the DDC emergency line who will "pass it on".
