Why is there this trend to pay "success fees" commonly known as a bonus, after all they are only doing the job they are paid for the same goes for bankers and most of the other highly paid that get a bonus.

This case is so bad, A soldier gets killed fighting for us and they stop his last weeks pay,and for the ones that to make it back,they are going to end up on the doll.What away to treat our Soldiers and airman,The blues are not fit to be in power,also I have send Paul a email asking him to print it on the forum.
