So youngest daughter (who is working in France) has given me her proxy vote. Unfortunately she wishes to place her X on a different candidate to the one I'm voting for.
What to do?
1. She will never know which way I have voted.
2. On the other hand I'd be really annoyed if my preferred candidate loses by one vote.
Sod it. This is what democracy is about. One vote for my man + one for the other (but I'll still be annoyed if my man loses by one vote!).
