  Perhaps "most people" was an overstatement. Since none of can quantify the figures, there is no point arguing about them. OK, in my opinion too many people in Dover make no effort to so much as lift a finger to do anything for the broader community and are content to live in their own little bubbles.
  
  The very act of contributing to this forum signifies a level of engagement with the community albeit at a fringe, first level. But it's a start.
  
  I say these things because I care about the old place and am sick of seeing it looking, in the words of the Dover Express, like "A holding bay for the Jeremy Kyle Show" and get annoyed at some people's self-centred apathy.
