Surprising enough Falmouth is the Winner….Dover was not even in the top 20…

I like Falmouth. Wouldn't have occurred to me to be in one of these lists (unlike Dover)

I visit Falmouth regularly and it has a lot of second homes and now has a lot students. Locals are getting fed of both..

Dover is no worse than any other port driven town.
Visit almost anywhere in the UK and there will be those who hate the place and equally those who love it, all depends on the mood and bias of those questioned and sometimes the hidden agenda of the questioner.

Iworked in Falmouth and have been there after I packed up work, I like Falmouth yes like alot of seaside towns not like it was but still a nice place to stay and also outside of the town is very nice , I do not know who writes this kind of reports but most times they are well out of touch .

As I said I have worked all over the UK and of the best places was ELY in Cambridge I stayed there about 18 weeks working on the River. I worked in [I]Camelid ship yard in Birkenhead for about the same time it was OK but not like Cambridge worked in London many times and I do not rate it or like it only the theatres stand out.Dover to me is one of the best love the sea and working on ships.Out standing is and still is Hayley Island, still go there each year.

It's on really what do people want or will use in a town centre.
Empty shops isn't inviting
