Better redundancies? Did you see that article in the Guardian by Polly Toynbee regarding what you call non-jobs? Very good. I said before that I reckon that if the council tax was 'frozen' by the amount suggested by the nasty party here in Dover it would meant a cut of around 3 to 5 million pounds over two years. That is not sustainable without wholesale job losses [you call them better redundancies] and cuts to frontline services. That would be just here in our district just think what caould be saved/ butchered by the nasty lot if carried out nationwide.
