Dover has some pleasant locations, both for wild life and plant life. Some members have put some great pictures on here, and with my humble camera, I`ve got a few of my own the last three days. The footpath from Kearsney Abbey to the old mill above.

A windswept Samphire Hoe today. `Healthy Hay` plant featured which loves chalky soil.

Looking beyond Samphire Hoe towards the Warren and Folkestone. Lots of walking here, and hidden wildlife. I had a nice furry catapillar in my sights, which quickly disappeared between some chalk boulders.

Colour to brighten up a dull day. Dover`s certainly not short of quiet retreats.

Great pictures there Colin!
I managed to get these chaps the other night down Bushy Ruff whilst trying out my bat detector. I know they are quite crap pics, but hey-ho! I put four pics together so they weren't really bunched up like this.
