09:4337845I sent some information about Rotaract a month ago to all those on my email address groups - obviously it shows no one reads them !
Here is the email I sent out, no poster though.
"Good Morning
Have you heard of Rotaract ?
It is a unique International service organisation, sponsored by Rotary, for young people aged between
18 & 30. Anyone can join, whether male or female, student, employed, unemployed or homemaker.
Rotaract was started by Rotary in 1968 to give young people the opportunity to
· meet new people and make new friends
· to gain life skills
· become involved in the community and to help those less fortunate than ourselves
· learn to respect others
· Have fun and enjoy yourselves
There are currently over 3,000 Rotaractors in 120 clubs in the United Kingdom and over 17,000 Rotaractors in 7,000 clubs in 163 countries around the world.
Rotaract Clubs meet regularly, usually twice a month, at a time and date convenient to the members
Rotaract is all about having fun while helping others
If you would like to be part of this unique international organisation, please come along to the meeting in January.
I have attached a poster about January's meeting - it has been checked for viruses, so is safe to download.
Kind Regards
Roger
