Pursuing the Past and Present context, the room in which the signing took place is in an area which was originally part of the superlative Forties Street evocation of life in wartime Dover, when the building was the White Cliffs Experience. I would say that we were gathered about where the Bakers shop originally stood, as seen in the photos below.
