  I see that Dover is in the top fifty,in the SE, for new businesses.!

  i haven't seen that report but i did read that shepway had one of the worst records having seen 1300 businesses close down over a two year period.

  1300 !! But that is the whole of Shepway, not just Folkestone itself.
