it is always much easier to find a reason to stop something than a reason to do something.

after half a century of inactivity, and our betters standing and watching, finally things are moving forward.

the new hospital(not all that we want), the destruction of the dross on the road to the docks, to be replaced by a selection of new buildings.

the cable car that will bring people in to dover out of curiosity.

we are getting many more sailings out of dover that suit dovorians in search of a day or two out.

the station is beginning to take shape ready for the high speed link that is only 12 months away.

there is still a lot wrong with our town, but a lot of things are changing for the better after decades of idleness.
