  Howard, Folkestone market is a proper market with plenty of space for the many stalls, refreshment areas and adequate car parking. Dover isn't provisding anything like that. It'll be a few fruit & veg plus a meat stall and maybe some tat to make up the numbers, all minus any market atmosphere.
  
  I'd like to be more positive, but this idea is just devoid of any inspiration or practicality. Don't forget, we are constantly being told there is no money in Dover, so how are these stalls going to survive? Once the weather changes we will see a quick demise I'm sure. sad, but true.
