Don't panic I'm not going to go on about the Dour again.
I seem to remember a few years ago an agreement was made that any new property built along the Dour banks would have written into the deeds that the owner would have repairian duties to the river. For those not in the know that means the width of the property and half way across the river is your responsability to keep clean.
I heard of a chap that bought a new house by Beaconsfield Bridge and this is in his deeds and yes he keeps his area clean, but just to be on the safe side he wrote to the wonderful E.A just to find out what he could and could'nt do and when.
Anyone know what the next line is.
You got it. they never replied. Does this surprise anyone?.
