  Seems to have lost a lot of its appeal over the years. at one time almost everyone went out. Pubs charged admission and there were many parties going on. The last time I went out to celebrate the new year was at a party 7 years ago, nowadays I just watch Jools Holland on the box.

  Well Howard, get your buttocks down to the Mash Tun tonight from 8pm. Free food, no admission charge you just need to stick a few quid in the Bowel Cancer Research box in honour of my Decembeard.
