  people may have thought that ed connell had left his mortal coil.
  
  saw and spoke to him and his partner chris black this afternoon at the shindig in pencester.
  
  both are fit and well and in top form.

  Thanks very much everybody. All signed up and ready to go. Nice to be back in the gang again. Have been lurking for a long time but missed the window when registration was open.
  
  Have been getting a few backs up on Dover Locals under my alter ego Planktonic Coccolith, wittering on about wind turbines, dock exit road, high speed trains, etc.
  
  Had a good old chinwag with Howard at Pencester and great to bump into Barry and Terry doing their usual fantastic job.
