How many times has Brown denied any reponsibility for the economic disaster?
How many times has he blamed America or 'world economic conditions'?
How many times has Brown claimed we are in a better position to 'weather the downturn' than other countrues?
How many times have I pointed out how over 11/12 years Brown's mismanagment has made thing worse for us than for other western countries?
How many times have I pointed out Brown's many mistakes?
Now it seems that Alistair Darling, Brown's Chancellor, agrees with me....
Darling is trying to 'sugar the pill' and to make it easy on Brown by talking about how 'we must take collective cabinet responsibility for the mistakes that have been made'. But of course while it is indeed right for collective cabinet reponsibilty to apply, we all know the mistakes were entirely those of the once all powerful Chancellor Brown.
Brown is not amused, in fact he is fuming and is still telling journalists in America that he is not responsible.
So is there going to be warfare between no 10 and no 11 and will our seriously weakened PM prevail against the man who was his stooge?
We will see.
