    Funny comments on here .Common sense .How often do you read or the news about people claiming.Most people who put on an event have to complete a risk assessment .Do you recall Carnival Days Lorries now have to have sides up and in some cases netting to protect the people on the floats throwing coins not allowed so how times change .I see Neil Rix now involved ? .?
