Can anyone tell me why you cannot take photographs of the marina area by the lifeboat station .

DHB being silly and super sensitive with the Border Farce vessels tied up near there and 'migrants' being occasionally landed there by RNLI/Border Farce.
They've also banned the Yacht Club from letting BBC's Simon Jones broadcast from their balcony and whenever he sets up his camera on the sea front tell him to 'move on' hence his latest reports from Athol Terrace and the panoramic shots from the 'Dogging' Car Park on Western Heights.
This is the trouble with 'private property'.
On public property, contrary to popular belief, you are allowed to film what the Hell you like (even if, as some idiot mother said to me when taking photos of cars illegally parked outside a school 'it's illegal as there's kiddies there'! It isn't.)

DHB whatever next closing the prince of wales pier oh no you’ve done that already let’s hope the lifeboat station haven’t planned any fund raising days soon because no doubt you would stop that also .
