There are many unsung heroes in Dover, people who have done volunteer-work for decades, without official recognition, these people should have one.

12:2135982Thanks for that Roger but I don't do that sort of thing! There was a campaign to get an award for a local person. I spoke to him/her yesterday and was told that said person had turned it down. I was a bit surprised and was fully expecting an award, hence my posting.
