Hi Sue
There is nothing in standing orders to limit time for duration of a meeting.
There is of course limits on how long an individual can speak, no different to any other council.
since joining DTC I have noticed all 3 parties on an individual basis attempt to stifle debate.
They are probably used to 10 minute meetings with few questions.
Of course when I'm at meetings there are many questions, thus the meetings are longer, some not liking it, but im elected to serve the electorate not to sit and rubber stamp items after 10 minutes, nor will I.
